My name is Scarlett, and my involvement in the TG community started in 2007 when a very close friend came out to me about crossdressing. I attended several gender conferences and got to know many people in the community. I realized with time that I had a knack not only for makeup, but for helping my new friends find and express their inner femininity. I enjoyed bringing out what made each person exceptional so much, I began doing transformation makeup, femme coaching, and image consulting professionally in 2009.

My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable place - a sanctuary - for you to relax and be yourself. I will help you express your full feminine personality and unique style through my makeup and coaching skills. Ultimately, I hope to leave each person I meet with confidence in her presentation, and in herself as an individual.

My name is Bobbie Czerwinski, and I am a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant. I have been with Mary Kay for 8 wonderful years. I love and enjoy teaching about good skincare and color cosmetics. I am also a full-time office manager for a local construction company. My heart is being the mother of 2 adult children. I am also the proud Glam Ma of two precious twin boys. My hobbies include traveling with my favorite vacation being the beautiful beaches in the Caribbean, surrounded by the beautiful clear, blue and green, sparkling ocean. I also enjoy music, dancing, and exercising.



My name is Jodie Turri and I live in a small town nearby named Harborcreek. I live on 140 acre farm and 40 of those acres are grapes! I have 4 grandchildren; Miles 8, Rollins 3, Caroline 1 and Marshall 1! I have three children, two daughters and one son. Nicole is Studio 71’s Blonding Specialist who also specializes in hair and scalp health. She started her hair career back in 2004, at the Erie County Technical School, through the vo-tech program. She did not pursue licensure after high school. Instead, she attended Edinboro University, followed by entering the marketing field where she worked in various roles, ending with a Television and Media Executive for close to 10 years. In 2017, she decided to quit corporate life to follow her true passion in the beauty industry.

After working in other salons and still not feeling fulfilled, Nicole quickly realized that she wanted to build a community of her own. In August of 2021, Studio 71 opened its doors for the first time, wood-paneling and 70s decor intact. The salon has been her happy place ever since.

Nicole is proud to be known as Erie’s “Healthy Hair Expert”, after focusing the majority of her work and education not only on hair health, but scalp health as well. Nicole’s main focus is guest satisfaction and making sure everyone feels welcomed. She is a straightforward and honest stylist with a passion for blonding and scalp health, and a variety of certifications to back that passion up. Her favorite part of being a stylist is helping clients to feel like their best selves when leaving her studio.

When Nicole isn’t working, she’s spending time at the beach with her husband, daughter, and dog Luca (who you’ll sometimes see in the shop!), and making sure to support her fellow local business owners as much as she possibly can. You can find her haggling at a local flea market or up-cycling a thrifted piece. She also enjoys writing and hopes to write a book one day.


Spouse of 1, Mom of 2, GamGam of 5, GiGi of 2 and full-time caretaker of the Father-in-Law. This lady still takes the time to do what she loves to do and that is to plan events for the Erie Sisters and Brothers, Tarot and Intuitive Readings, traveling to new and exciting places and finding personal peace and healing at CLK Events Letting Go in Lancaster.
