What Personal Information We Collect:
Your personal information is collected through our contact and registration forms only and is only what you provide. We make no attempt in gathering additional information about you.
Registration Information
Users are required to give us contact information such as 'preferred name,' and email address. Your registration is kept under your 'preferred' name. We request your city, state and zip code, but this information is not required for registration. We use this demographic information to broadly observe where our attendees are coming from.
Payment Information
Although the registration and payment processes seem to be done together, actually, your 'preferred name' and payment information are kept separate from each other on two different systems. When using PayPal, a charge from PayPal will be placed on your credit card. Mail-in money orders and checks (not cash) are accepted as well.
Giving Out Your Information
We will not give out any information you submit at our site to any third parties except in compliance with a lawful request from a law enforcement agency. Under no circumstances will your name, e-mail, phone number or address be sold to, or given to any other parties. We will never willfully sell, lease, or rent any of your or your business' personally identifiable information to any third party. If another attendee from the conference asks us for your email address, we will first contact you for permission.
